US indices jumped on Friday led by shares in the Consumer Services, Diversified Financials and Transportation sectors. Nonfarm payrolls rose 175K in May vs 149K revised in April (+163K expected) and the unemployment rate increased to 7.6% (7.5% expected and 7.5% prior) in May. The S&P 500 (1643.38) holds below its 20d moving average (1646.3 - flat slope) and remains above its 50d moving average (1607 - upward slope).
