Still getting the same canned response:
Good Day
As you are probably aware, the last several months has seen CCM operating under extremely difficult circumstances due to on-going banking issues.
We certainly appreciate the frustration that ensues when funds cannot be withdrawn promptly, and empathise with clients who have been directly affected by the situation, but there are two important points that need to be made:
1) CCM did not cause this problem, and
2) CCM has been working diligently to resolve it.
The reason for this email is therefore to simply ask for your on-going patience in allowing us to continue resolving the situation as quickly as possible.
Will this happen as quickly as everyone would like? Of course not - a government agency is involved, so speed and efficiency are not expected, but the resolution we have been working towards will come in due time.
CCM is committed to keeping clients informed during this difficult period, but due to the high volume of individual email requests for information, we have elected to focus on update announcements similar to this one - allowing the latest information to be received by all affected clients at once.
If you previously made a direct enquiry regarding progress then you will be aware that release of funds was anticipated sometime in early February. Unfortunately, several individuals thought that they could jump the queue and speed up their own withdrawals by lodging fraud complaints with the bank. Instead, these bogus allegations have lead to additional investigations which are expected to further delay the pending release of funds.
Whilst the latest turn of events is clearly not ideal, please rest assured that resolving these core issues is our highest priority, and that all available resources are being used to assist the agency involved in completing its review, releasing the frozen assets, and allowing a return to normal operation.
If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I emailed them again on 3/5 asking about the server issue and the withdrawal issue and they responded the same day with this response:
"Your support request has been updated:
Good Day
Unfortunately there is no updates to give, we are still in the same situation.
Our Funds in our banking facility are still frozen, and our server is still down.
Sadly, we cannot give any time frame as to when either of these issues will be fixed, but we are trying to give clients updates, if, and when they are received.
Once again we thank you for your understanding and patience.
If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us."
