Can someone chime in that is familiar with or was using Tallinex regarding the situation going on with them? They and Capital City Markets are pretty much one and the same from what I understand.

I heard a bit about them from Maxima (Marcos) at Maxima Investments.
Check out his youtube video discussing good brokers for US investors... he finally switched to LMFX I think. Anyway I can't find the exact video where he discusses it, but I've heard LMFX is better.
