Basically Contracts for difference (CFDs) are one of the world's fastest-growing trading instruments and it is considered leveraged because it allows you to bet on the rising and falling of a currency, assets and shares without spending a huge amount of money and the good thing about CFD is it doesn't have an expiration date therefore users are allowed to keep their contracts as long as they want.

When you trade CFDs the underlying asset is not traded itself. Instead, you simply speculate on whether the its price will to move up or down without any buying or selling said asset.

this kind of trading may sound complex to many others but the truth is this is just simple just like any other assets in the financial market. Though investing in CFD does not give investors the right to own the asset, still there are major advantages this contract can offer traders.

One of the main benefits of CFD trading is that you can use leverage of up to 100: 1 to start CFD trading with small capital.

A CFD allows traders to trade on the price movements of assets and indexes across local and international markets. It also lets traders enter with a fraction of the value of the asset because it focuses on price movements. For more info on it, you can check out this site: https://www.fpmarkets.com/what-is-cfd-trading/

                Or even higher than 1:100.

CFD trading is known as contract for difference, and you speculate on whether the price will move up or down without buying or selling any said asset.

In my opinion, the best broker to use in CFD is FP Markets because they have over 10,000+ tradable instruments for global stocks and commodities.
