Forums are always welcome for newbies) You could learn the basics by watching the YouTube guides (there is a lot of variety materials) and practicing trading on a demo account. As for the trading plan, experienced traders often share their experiences on forums, mb you could find somethin there. But I would also advise you not just to take someone's system, but to try to individualize it, so it fits you and your skills more.
