New Here and Need Helps Big Time

Hi all I'm new here, I'm Basar from Indonesia and learn this forex very slowly because of my work hour and so on.
I 'm having a bit of problem with the Naked Trading EA cause it just spit out after the login. Carlos from the admin tried to solve this too but seems to have an issue with the windows update. Then i updated it, but still not working.
Anybody have the issue, please let me know.
