Market orders as limit orders

Do you know any tool to trade clicking BUY to have a limit order placed (BUY LIMIT) at the current Ask price - a parametric number of pips or fraction of spread (delta)?

i.e. if bid ask is 1.1000 1.1002 a buy order will become a buy limit at 1.1002 or, better, a buy limit at 1.10015 if I set delta at 0.00005
