                  It seems to me that most traders need to devote more attention and time to sports. Because on the days of active trading, we spend a lot of time at the computer and our back definitely suffers because of this, I even myself somehow noticed that my hands or neck may become numb. So I would definitely advise my colleagues to go to the gym or go jogging at least occasionally.                     Modern people spend too much time in social networks, watching soap operas or some entertainment shows.
                    But books are gradually losing their popularity.
                    And I think this is absolutely wrong, because it is reading that best trains the brain, allows you to get new knowledge (even if you read fiction, not science literature), learn some new words.
                    But the most important thing about it is to develop the imagination and increase communication skills, which are still popular nowadays.
                    I don't know why, but I always notice - who reads books and who does it quite rarely. It's noticeable. And this trend definitely needs to change soon.

                      You may not believe me but I have encountered so many people who don't have hobbies at all. As for me, I cannot understand such people. They just come home after their hard work and do nothing except for eating, watching TV and going to bed. I wouldn't like to have such a life which lacks some sense. I mean that, surely, some people are happy enough to have the their job as a hobby, but the number of such people is extremely low. All the people definetely need some activities that they could do outside their works.
                      I personally, have lots of hobbies and, unfortunately, I cannot devote my free time to them equally. However, there are some things that I even force myself to spare some time to them. One of these hobbies is reading books. This activity has many advantages. First of all, it give you the knowledge, if we talk about non-fiction books, or it can make you experience different kinds of emotions, if we talk about fiction. Both knowledge and emotions are extremely useful for our psychological well-being. Second of all, reading before sleep contributes to the better sleep. Modern people usually have problems of falling asleep. It is mainly because of working with the computer or cell phone too much. However, when you read the book (the paper book but not e-book), your brain is free from blue screen's negative effects and it concentrates on the content of the book, making you forget about your problems.
