i'm really interested in Bitcoin. I've been trading it for a couple years now over at Bitfinex. They have a pretty good platform over there with leveraged trading at 3:1. If you are looking at them as a long term investment, i would be a little wary. I've heard that when the price hit $1200, it was being overinflated by bots over at mt gox. I have difficulty calling the price in the long term, but it is still a very volatile asset that can swing $100 in a day on negative news.

If you're in the US, keep in mind that Bitfinex is fully exiting the USA.
