        • Here's the calculation I did for slippage between my Pepperstone Razor ECN and AxiTrader Pro ECN accounts. Feels like a slap in the face to top off the loss.

Sorry, I don't understand the different lot sizes for both of them are not the same. Which broker is the hypothetical one and which one is the real one.

Are you saying that AxiTrader has more slippage than Pepperstone?

Both accounts are live and real, however running different lot sizes. The hypothetical column I made to emulate the slippage losses had both account been running the same lot sizes.

              • I'm just glad that he accepted the loss and closed the trades, it would of been even more riskier holding onto it.

Hopefully we should be able recover everything back by next week

                • Hi Nick and Silent S, I I think the broker is aiming at Silent S account (i may be wrong). You may want him to change his broker to provide signal.

Safer to be low profile and provide signal from another account. Better to be a pro ecn account.

I had the same 14pip per trade slippage on AxiTrader ECN and over 10sec closing time...too many followers it seems for that low liquidity time of day.

                    • Hi guys...

This was the first big hit and his type of trading (grid) it's a tick bomb. Personally , I like how SS close all trades before closing markets. This last weeks we see
big gaps and this is a double sword edge, i hope that all people will close quickly this Sunday and whith a good gap down.

I was running other grid systems and it's better don't let growth too much, take the loss and keep on trying next week.

I think that before next friday , SS show us a nice recovery.

                      Good Weekend

                        • I decided to slightly reduce the risks. But I think in a couple of weeks, we have fully recovered and will be in profit.
Last week was difficult, due to the unstable fundamental background currencies do not always behave technically, this was my fault. I think I should refrain from bidding starting Thursday.

                          • I need some distraction, not to seek to win back losses. Maybe I have enough of the weekend, and maybe I will take a break until Wednesday.

                            • In case anyone is wondering why you slipped like mad, this is taken from the M1 before market close (when SS closed his basket)

                              • I think SS have to follow world news sometimes, not only indicators, etc.
