Signals -- scammers or fake??

I have informed Simpletrader Support about many new, latest and greatest signals that have been posted to the Market Place that are either:

1 - cent accounts
2 - demo accounts
3 - fabricated trade history
4 - with dubious and shady brokerages
5 - lack of credibility in some other way

the latest is this one. FX1
take a look at the return this month?? And the worst trade according to Simpletrader stats.

44% return this month and 25% last month -- seems like the new improvements are making 2x risk clients and 2.5x risk clients heaps of money.

Doesn't Simpletrader automatically removes signals from marketplace that have bigger drawdown than 50%?
