So Vijay,

the last thing I remember you was making changes to scalper so it didn't keep adding to a looser when in a strong trend against the EA, the last I heard was you was still testing this out and had not fiished the works

so I ask, what has been done with scalper, did you finish modifying the behaviour of the EA to be safer during really strong moves??

Wow, some crazy action on AUD, my trade was closed with a 4 pip loss instead of about 20 pips profit. Now raise your hands if you got slipped 40 pips in your favour!? Looking at my charts it should be possible on the last GBPAUD trade.

That trade closed for -4.1 pips on my account.
(According to the Myfxbook website it went +92 pips positive before retracing and closing so I don't know how the TP wasn't hit ??)

I somehow got slipped positive, +52 pips

my GBPAUD short was entered at 1.68940 and closed at 1.68188 (TP 1.68730). Total +75.2pips. I am trading with IC Markets and have VPS with CNS at their NY server which is On Net (latency supposed to be <1ms). I guess having the VPS was worth it!

I still have not deployed that version. It still needs some modifications. yes i want to ride the trend and book several 100s of pips so that i can afford to take smaller lot sizes and avoid big drawdowns. I am working on that.

Same I'm with cns and axi, as it's on net in the same data server, i rarely get negative slippage, usually positive most the time

I have booked small profit on the 3rd trade so that i can re-enter that trade and BE the entire basket. Did you not get my new trade? All the GBPCAD trades should have been closed by now.

I got the trade vijay, I posted that almost the minute that happened as I wasn't sure if that was planned or a glitch

To close one trade for x% loss and then reopen moments later at the same price makes absolutely no sense at all. If it's your rule that you should be closing when in x% DD then you have to close the trade and not reopen.

There were quite a few better places to close one or more trades because obviously this particular setup didn't work. If you still like it so much for some reason you close the trade at a good location and then reopen when price action indicates shorts are in order. That can be at a better price (most likely) or at sometimes even at a similar or slightly worse price. But at least you got the signal to short.

You can also completely forget this pair and trade a better setup on another pair. It makes no sense to keep trading the same pair just because you have a trade open on this pair and you'd like to get out of it by price averaging.

You will most likely keep ignoring me like you did on the other (Smart trader) thread. No problem. I was probably the last subscriber there and cancelled. I kept this subscription and I'm most likely the last subscriber here as well. I'm managing my own way out of your mess anyway and have been for some time now because you keep getting in trouble and you keep repeating a lot of the same mistakes. It's unlikely you will ever learn from them either on your own or by reading some useful comments from a number of (former) subscribers. After all these years I've been around I feel it's definitely safe to say that.

Yes, i am there and trading. You were right, it was good for scalper until the last month. However, the DD is not at dangerous levels. I am trying to close at BE or with little loss. Some times we do get tough times. Lets see how it goes.
