I'm trying it out myself. He doesn't use the martingale part of it. Only a fixed lot. Yes, somewhat a grid but will only have just a few trades open at a time.

The 3rd trade is martingale in the grid. Look at the history. 0.04 then 0.04 then 0.10

These systems are free all over the net.

The owner of this system operates on a cent account of 15.00usd at fxopen. A lot of faith in their system

Just looked up the ST history and there was a trade opened at .10 lot size. I communicated with him and was told that it's a fixed lot size of .04. Has been that way since the end of June minus a single trade of .05 that was closed out on its own instead of a basket. Looks promising.

Trades will match those of Forex inControl, but probably are used the moderate settings that limit the martingale three trades.
Here is a review of Forex inControl which speaks aggressive and that moderate setting: http://www.forexbrokerz.com/news/for...eview-drawdown

check some of ea and signal's history. There are some difference in the history.

The EA is designed to martingale, The setting of the progression could be adjustable. I don't know since I wouldn't purpose such a system. Below you will find the EA opening a 3rd trade at a 0.10 lotsize while the first initial lotsize is 0.04. 95% of the time the EA doesn't reach the 3rd trade based on the short trading history of 5 months ( 86 trades).

Below trades taken from the ST history

If and when the EA does need a 3rd trade it has been martingale.

The unknown is what will happen at trade #4, #5, etc. It is just a matter of time before the market goes against the first 3 trades and 4th will have to be opened to cover the floating losses.

And if you look at the backtest of the EA it will continue to add more and more - http://forex-incontrol.com/content/f...rol_EURGBP.zip - using a lot progression.

Ok I understand what this EA is doing. On the 3rd trade it will adjust the lotsize necessary to cover the losses from trade 1 and 2 within a TakeProfit of 34 Pips . That means if the signal generation doesn't trigger immediately, the further the trades go against you the larger the 3rd lotsize will be.

Also the system crashed in 2015 - http://www.myfxbook.com/community/tr...ts=29&o=683980 and has been on the market since 2013.

A few days ago I talked with the Tip2fx provider in the dashboard simpletrader. He told me that if the third trade the drawdown reaches 15%, the system closes all three open trades and accepts the loss.
