Nobody cares how much he made if the risk is so skewed, thats the point. I could make a 100% in one night by playing roulette in the casino, but that aint trading.

Btw, could you let us know if Mr Magician used to be called ozpips or forexjunkie as a previous signal provider?

Guys, tell us pls how much money you would made investing in Forex Magician on Jan 4th, till today (excluding fees). Simple question. So far seems you dont have knowledge to answer.
Anyone who has better fx/signal understanding would know the answer. It's not rocket science. Somehow you dont getting the point.

I am just getting pissed when people talking about sth they dont know. You know saying that "most of the people are wrong"? guess what. It applies to 4 of you (most are wrong).

Cheers and have a nice day!
I hate to pop your bubble, but we are most definitely not the same people. The fact is, you won't touch this joker with a ten foot pole, yet you want other people to join. As I said, 60% DD, who in their right mind will touch that? From what I can tell, you sound like an intelligent guy Ace, so I am sure you won't subscribe to someone like Mr Magician that uses Grid and Martingale, but it also sounds like you must be friends with Mr Magician, so you have to now defend him right?

I did receive this message from another user on the forum, and for some strange reason he wants to stay anonymous, but he does have some interesting back ground information regarding Mr Magician, and apparently he has blown accounts in the past as a signal provider, I will quote you what the person wrote below in the message to me:

"The Facts : Forexjunkie , ozpips and Fxmagician are the same guy .He has made clients lose a lot of money in the past and after margin call runs away ..I was also one of his sub in the past .I wish you luck"

Now I don't know if this is true, as I was not around back in those days, but maybe someone could advise if this is true?

With every post you are making a bigger fool out of yourself. Stay with this strategy if you think its good, apparently most of us think its bad. Maybe you are just smarter than all of us if we cant recognize the greatness

In my opinion simpletrader should make a rule if signal providers are keeping trades open for more than a quarter then they should make open trades public .The clients should have full knowledge of what they are signing into

If you put 10k on Jan 1st 2017 on FXM and close account today - how much money you would have now? for easier calculation please don't consider fees for signal itself.

Exactly, anyone that is prepared to risk 60% of their equity to make any type of gain is insane. Ace knows this too, that is why he wont invest.

Lets get back to basics. Equity != balance. Equity includes all open trades (in this case trades with dd) right?
and how i calculate +35%? by checking his equity on Jan 1st and on day I wrote post. So my calculations already included his DD. Your statement that he made 35% and got 38% dd is false (he already got this DD when he started year so its not something NEW...)

remember that equity means something - this is value you can withdraw from account at any time.
for FXM case - on Jan 4th he had 4875, now he has 6546 equity. That does it mean? 6546/4875 -> 1.3427, meaning If he close all trades now, he is up +34,27% this year.

Open trades are not relevant in big picture, dd also. ITs all about how often he makes new equity highs - because it means how you see profits on account.

If I would not decide to learn my own way on fx by trading, I would invest in him, because in 1y from now even if he got DD, I could simply close all trades and ended with 35% more money on account.

If you think other way you are missing big picture. investing its not sprint. Its marathon.

He is absolutely correct. In 2017 so far you made 38% and have a 38% max DD. What is incorrect about that?
