Would be nice to have a wrap-up of what happened and how it ended...

Any more updates on this new strategy Nick? Have they got anymore info to give or records of the trading since new style implementation?

I'm up 0.01% in november. It looked OKish until today but today wiped out all profits for the month and a tiny floating DD remains. Better than losing for sure but not impressed yet with the new strategy.

    Hi Blackguard,

We have put another layer of security into our control panel. It's also worth mentioning that the existing features that are built into the copier protected clients accounts from the complete wipe out that the master account experienced.

I'm not a big fan of hedging but if they think it gives them more flexibility then OK, maybe. Think is not a good word really is it? They better be sure about it.

But as you said, hardly a lot of information to make an informed decision. They are making some slight profits but at the same time slowly collecting floating losses in excess of those profits. It sure isn't a get rich quick kind of signal. But get rich slow does it for me as well as long as it gets the job done. We can only wait I guess.

Agree BRM. Not enough data to make an informed decision on this one at present. You can see their problem though.

Is anyone on this EA right now?

How are you finding the new strategy? It's a shame they couldn't get a new account to better see how the new strategy is actually working. As it is very different from the previous one.

So when do previous subscribers get the free subscription to make up losses?

Unlike the master account, we don't get anything reimbursed.

Yes, that's correct. However wide spreads shouldn't have a large effect since the trades are not scalps.

I'd also like to say that I know this sounds very fishy. However I don't have all the details of what happened because there is some form of legal action taking place as a result of this event.

The guys that run the fund have actually moved across to SimpleTrader to manage their accounts and VPS. I don't have any reason not to trust the organisation and believe all the information I've been given is correct.
