With this new forum design how can you tell if there are new posts in a thread now?
With this new forum design how can you tell if there are new posts in a thread now?

On the main page, you can see new posts by the green arrow showing on the topic icons.

Otherwise by the "new posts" button, but this option is kept unchanged.

Ever since the new forum layout was implemented there's always one post which is unread and also always appears at the top of the Tapatalk app as if it is unread. Anyone else had this issue? Any ideas how to fix? (yes I've tried opening the thread...)
