Why do Admin not reply!

I have raised an issue with Admin's that I cant seem to open attachments in the forum _ attachments of pics ofcourse, no response or rectify as of yet.

I'm have 2 questions since admin will not return my emails:

1. Why is Smart2 not record verified at Myfxbook?

2. Which of the 3 Smart2 accounts (master, follower, MAM) are we actually copied to?

1) We'll fix up Smart2's myfxbook shortly, it was verified previously, however myfxbook occasionally resets it's self and drops the green tick that actually means nothing, but everyone takes as gospel.

2) You are following the master account. The follower account is a follower account and the MAM account is the MAM account.
