There was no evidence they were using cent accounts.

Another account blown ... Seems like its the month of blown accounts

Hi.
After casino-gambler SiamFX was blowed up his first account ( SiamFX Directional in that case ) i requested refund via PayPal. Request was send on both "Siam Directional" and "Siam Razor" amount was $199 and $299. After 1 week of silent from seller i moved it from "dispute" to "complaint" . Yesterday i got refunded $299 and $199 as well.
